Santé’s OMHC provides children, adults, couples, and families immediate access to mental or behavioral health support and resources. Our dynamic interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and therapists are available to complete diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and medication management services. We provide a holistic and person-centered approach focusing on the development of individualized treatment plans to guide everyone on a path forward.

We welcome walk-in and virtual appointments to assess your needs and develop a personal plan for ongoing stabilization and health.

Our Seniors Services are dedicated to serving senior individuals with mental health challenges in Montgomery County. Through connection and community, we remove isolation and alleviate symptoms of depression to restore joy and meaning for each individual. Our PRP programs are designed to empower each individual with the counseling, development, and daily living skills needed that support their unique ability to live in the community. Our Day Program facilitates a hands-on environment to engage and learn from ​experienced counseling staff. Daily services include:

• Relapse Awareness and Prevention
• Emotional Enhancement and Regulation
• Relationship Building
• Individual, Group, and Family Rehabilitation Counseling
• Substance Abuse Relapse Awareness and Prevention
• Social Skills Development

The Community Outreach Services are dedicated to serving individuals for whom a traditional Day Program setting is not the best fit. Our psychiatric recovery counselors will work with individuals in their homes or other safe community locations to ensure individuals receive the support they need to live meaningful, healthy lives.

Santé’s Silver Spring Wellness and Recovery Center, a peer-led community support and resource center, serves Montgomery County residents ages 18 and over who have a history of mental health challenges. SSWRC offers resources, socialization, activities, and, ultimately, a community of peer support to empower individuals to achieve and maintain their personal wellness and recovery goals.
