At Santé Baltimore County, we believe that a crisis is defined by you, not an event. Our team specializes in rapid response and experienced, compassionate support to provide you the immediate relief you need so you can hope for the future.

For over 20 years, we have been providing access to emergency behavioral health care for any Baltimore County resident who presents a danger to themselves or the people around them, as well as anyone experiencing a crisis. Our team is deeply connected to community resources so individuals struggling with mental health or substance use challenges can receive immediate access to the resources and help they need.

Crisis Call Center

Our 24-hour hotline and warmline provide immediate crisis support whenever you need it. Following the crisis, we provide and coordinate follow-up care for all active cases to ensure ongoing support to all Baltimore County residents. Mobile Crisis Team

Our Mobile Crisis Team consists of licensed mental health clinicians and specially-trained officers to provide capable, compassionate support in the face of crisis. Our team is ready to respond to your mental health emergency 24 hours a day. Upon arriving at the scene of a crisis, we will assess the needs of you or your loved one to provide immediate stabilization and resources. Once the crisis is alleviated, we work with you to coordinate necessary next steps towards sustainable health and conduct regular checkups to ensure recovery.

Urgent Care Center

Our Urgent Care Center offers diagnostic evaluations and assessments to all Baltimore County residents who need immediate care and support. We take the time to understand your behavioral health or substance use emergencies and provide tailored treatment resources, referrals, and recommended next steps, including therapy and medication management. Seven days a week, our Urgent Care Center welcomes walk-ins and appointments made up to 48-hours in advance so we have the capacity to serve individuals or families in crisis.

Crisis Intervention Training + Education

It is critical Baltimore County collectively understands the mental health epidemic and how to respond appropriately. We provide education and training services to first responders, law enforcement, education systems, and other organizations to prepare individuals to conduct basic suicide interventions and other emergency mental health services when necessary.

In-Home Intervention Team

Our tailored, person-centered crisis stabilization and linkage services provide intensive care to individuals and families in need. Santé’s licensed clinicians offer short-term, solution-focused non-acute clinical intervention and skills-building services, provided in-home or within a community setting. Our services are available Monday-Friday by appointment.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

Santé in Baltimore County provides debriefings and stress management for individuals, groups, and communities that have endured a traumatic event.

911 Call Center Clinicians Program

Through our 911 Call Center Clinicians Program, our licensed mental health clinicians are available 16 hours a day in the 911 call center. This program ensures that 911 calls regarding behavioral health emergencies are addressed by experienced mental health professionals to ensure appropriate response and connection to real-time community resources and avoid a solely law enforcement response. This service is available Monday-Friday.
